Ordering a transcript has never been easier at Centralia College.
Unofficial Transcripts
You can view and print your unofficial transcript through your ctcLink account. (NOTE: If you were a student before February 2021 and not since, submit an online Unofficial Transcript Request to request archived transcripts.)
Official Transcripts
Centralia College authorizes Parchment to provide online transcript ordering to current and former students. You may track your order online and receive email or text message confirmations of receipt, processing, and mailing.
Order transcripts using any major credit or debit card. There is a $13 charge (this includes the processing fee) for each official transcript ordered. Rush and priority shipping options are available. Whenever possible, we recommend using electronic delivery.
Important Note: Parchment provides official transcripts for classes completed at Centralia College, including at Garrett Heyns Education Center and Cedar Creek Corrections Center. For GED Transcripts or GED scores, connect to the GED Testing Service - Transcript Requests.
Ordering Official Transcripts
Centralia College has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely.
Important Considerations When Ordering
- You can select the recipient of your transcript from a list of colleges or have it sent to any email address you choose.
- Select the transcript recipient carefully. Most institutions require electronic transcripts to be sent directly to them. If you order an electronic transcript sent to yourself, your school may not accept it.
- Upload any additional documents (scholarship applications, law school or nursing forms) you would like to include with your transcript when creating your Parchment order.
- Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
Transcript orders are generally processed by CC within five business days. Processing may take up to 10 business days during periods of high volume, especially the weeks before and after spring graduation. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Ordering early will ensure it is delivered to the recipient on time.
After CC processes your order, Parchment will fulfill it. Delivery times are as follows.
Electronic Delivery: The transcript will be delivered by Parchment within a few minutes of CC processing.
Mail Delivery: Parchment will generate and mail the transcript to you the following day. Mail delivery time depends on your location and USPS shipping times, which can vary. Because electronic transcripts are faster and can be tracked more easily, we recommend using electronic delivery if the recipient permits it.
Hold for Grades or Degree: When you place your order, you can choose to have the transcript sent after the current term ends or after your degree is awarded. After grades are posted, it takes approximately eight weeks to post all degrees. Allow for at least three weeks after grades post for your transcripts to be processed.
When ordering your transcript, you will choose between immediate delivery of your current transcript or you can request that the order be processed after grades are posted or after your degree is awarded.
Please be aware it may be eight weeks after grades post before degrees are posted to transcript, and up to three weeks for those transcript orders to be processed.
Only you may request the release of your official transcripts. Transcripts will not be released to another party or institution without your prior written consent.
