Login to the Student Portal/Okta to access your student email, Canvas, and ctcLink all in one place.

Note: All CC Portal and ctcLink accounts must be activated prior to the first login. If you have not activated your CC Portal, a new activation email is sent every Monday morning. The email is from noreply@okta.com. The subject lin is "Welcome to the Centralia College Portal." If you have not received the activation email, notify the ITS HelpDesk by email helpdesk@centralia.edu. 

Multifactor Authentication

(CC Portal, Microsoft 365, and ctcLink)

Students using Multifactor Authentication (MFA) should be aware of upcoming changes that could impact your account. Centralia College and the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges, in an effort to improve security, will be removing security question options as an MFA option.  

Removal of Security Questions in ctcLink OKTA: Security questions will be removed from ctcLink OKTA effective Feb. 15. “Security Question” prompts (e.g., What was the make of your first car?) will be removed. If you have been using this method of authentication in ctcLink/Canvas, please follow the instructions below to change your security authentication options.

To Review/Set up MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://myaccount.ctcLink.us.
2. Login with your ctcLink credentials
3. Username: Your ctcLink ID number
4. Password is set on activation.
5. Select your name in the top right corner and open Settings.
6. Available security methods are listed in the right menu

Housing

CHI Centralia is a new residence hall being constructed three blocks from the campus of Centralia College. It will be fully furnished. All you will need is your backpack, suitcase and computer.
