These certification programs not only open the door for students entering the workforce but also act as a steppingstone for those who decide they want to continue their education with a two- or four-year degree. According to Indeed.com, certified professionals earn an average of 35.2 percent more in wages than those without certification.

The funds will support both immediate scholarships and the creation of an endowment. The vision is to award four scholarships each year over the course of the next five years while the majority of the funds accrue gains and fund future awards.

Financial support for these students is an essential piece of bolstering our community by providing a skilled workforce with quality individuals. Your generous contribution means that Centralia College will be able to extend the pursuit of its mission to help students, “progress, persist, and complete their educational endeavors.”
