What is Student Support Services?

Spring Transfer students

Student Support Services (SSS) is a federal TRiO program funded by the Department of Education, and is one of the more than 1,000 similar TRiO programs in the nation. We help first-generation (neither parents have a four-year degree), economically disadvantaged, and disabled students to stay in college, graduate with a two-year degree and/or transfer to a four-year institution to earn their bachelor's degree.

Our goal is for you to be successful as a student. At SSS, we understand the challenges of college life and the obstacles that can occur. We provide a place where someone will listen and work with you to succeed at Centralia College. For more information about the SSS program, contact us at 360-623-8970.
