Dr. Robert A. Frost
Robert Frost, Ph.D.—Interim Superintendent/President, College of the Siskiyous (CA)
Frost has served as Interim Superintendent/President of the College of the Siskiyous since July 2013 and previously served as the college’s Vice President of Student Learning from 2010 to 2013. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts degree in History/International Relations from Webster University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wichita State University, Kansas. Frost has near native fluency in Spanish and has taught history, humanities, and Spanish as a tenured community college professor. He has also worked on numerous grant and contract programs that connected students, faculty and community members. Frost has served in various curriculum, instruction, and leadership capacities since 1995, authored articles, and been a guest speaker.
