Centralia College has an excellent intercollegiate program that includes Women's: Volleyball (fall), Basketball (winter), Softball and Golf (spring); and Men's: Basketball (winter) and Baseball (spring).

The college competes as a member of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC). The NWAACC is divided into geographic regions to facilitate administration. Centralia College competes in the Western Region. Each sport holds a regional tournament at the conclusion of league play, and qualified teams proceed to the NWAACC championships.
