Athletics at Centralia College

Centralia College has an excellent intercollegiate program that includes Women's: Volleyball (fall), Basketball (winter), Softball and Golf (spring); and Men's: Basketball (winter) and Baseball (spring).


Be a Trailblazer!

Students wanting to participate in one or more of the Trailblazer teams should contact the coach or Athletics Director or complete the Athletic Recruitment Form. Contact the coach as early as possible to receive practice schedules.


Yesterday NWAC announced the winners of the 2013-14 NWAC Presidents Cup: Mt. Hood Saints and Centralia College Trailblazers. The Presidents Cups are awarded to institutions based on the academic performance of their athletic teams. Points are awarded for student-athletes who complete 36 credits, 72 credits, complete a certificate, and degree completion. Amount of points awarded are determined by student-athletes' GPAs. The conference awards one cup to institutions who offer eight or more sports and one cup awarded to institutions awarded to institutions who offer seven or fewer sports.

Presentation of the cups and banners to the respecitive winners will be scheduled sometime in October 2014.

NWAC Member

The college competes as a member of the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC). The NWAC is divided into geographic regions to facilitate administration. Centralia College competes in the Western Region. Each sport holds a regional tournament at the conclusion of league play, and qualified teams proceed to the NWAC championships.
