Centralia College Student Email

Student Email Policy:

As a college policy, enrolled students are required to have a Centralia College student email account. The college will send all official communication to your student email account. You are responsible for activating and checking your account regularly. You may choose to forward messages to a different email account.

Student email account/email address:

Centralia College provides email accounts to students in partnership with Microsoft Corporation. For most students your email address will be: firstname.lastname@student.centralia.edu (ex: john.doe@student.centralia.edu)

Activate your student email account:

When you log in to your account for the first time:
Change your password, and setup your secret question and any alternative email address, so you can reset your password if you forget it.

Students wishing to set up their student email or reset their password can choose from the following options:

By email
Email helpdesk@centralia.edu . The student must provide their full name and student ID (SID) number.

In person
Visit the Information Technology office, WAH 202, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

By phone
Call the Information Technology Office, 360-736-9391, ext. 560, or the Helpdesk, ext. 297, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: Whether by email, phone, or in person, the student MUST PROVIDE their full name under which they are registered and their student ID (SID) number.

Students may not set up their email until they have registered for class.
