Student Email Policy

As a college policy, enrolled students are required to have a Centralia College student email account. The college will send all official communication to your student email account. You are responsible for activating and checking your account regularly. You may choose to forward messages to a different email account.

Student email account/email address

Centralia College provides email accounts to students in partnership with Microsoft Corporation. For most students, your email address will be firstname.lastname@student.centralia.edu (ex: john.doe@student.centralia.edu).

Activate your student email account

When you login to your account for the first time:
  • Change your password
  • Set up your security question and any alternative email address

Set up your student email or reset your password

Students wishing to set up their student email or reset their password can choose from the following options:

PLEASE NOTE: Whether by email, phone, or in person, you MUST PROVIDE your full name ( the name under which you are registered) and your student ID (SID) number.

You may not set up your email until you have registered for class.
