Administrative Services

The Vice President for Finance and Administration oversees and ensures the integrity of Centralia College's financial information and business operations by providing executive leadership, policy development, and strategy implementation. The Vice President provides leadership to the President and administrative functions of the college including:
  • Fiscal and accounting services
  • Budget planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Asset procurement and contract management
  • Capital projects planning and management
  • Real estate management
  • Risk management
  • Technology planning and management
  • Facilities management
  • Various auxiliary services

The office is charged with developing, implementing, and auditing financial policies, systems, and procedures to protect the college's assets, position finance functions effectively, and provide timely, relevant and accurate financial information to a diverse group of internal and external customers, which aligns with the operating and financial goals and objectives of Centralia College's mission and core values.

The Vice President also represents the college on community, state, and national organizations.
