The primary
focus of
Food Services is operation of the Blazer Bite
Cafeteria and Grill. The Blazer Bite is located in the Student
Center Building and is open Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to
2:00 PM, with the grill and espresso bar closing at 1:30 PM. The
Blazer Bite offers great breakfast and lunch menus, which are both
full of variety. The lunch menu always has a weekly special
and two soup of the day choices. Best of all these great
selections are always available at a reasonable price. |

In addition to
all these selections the Blazer Bite has a full scale salad bar,
which is always stocked with fresh veggies, dressings and all the
extra garnishments that make for a good salad. You'll also
find the soup station here, which has at least two tasty choices
everyday. |

The Blazer Bite
also has a great selection of grab and go snack and deli items for
those in a rush and it provides a large selection of pastries to
compliment the services of our full service espresso bar. |
