Facility Rentals and Use of College Facilities

Consider using the College's excellent facilities for your organization's next event.

How To Begin:

You must fill out an online Centralia College Event Requests form. Reservations for facilities must be made at least three weeks prior to the date of the scheduled event.

Base Rental Fee Structure:

Corbet Theatre

Base fee structure for the 500-seat Corbet Theatre in Washington Hall:

Commercial -  Base Rental (for-profit)
• One day (four or more hours within 24-hour period) $750
• Less than four hours $400
• Multiple day (3 or more consecutive days) $500 per day

Commercial - Base Rental  (non-profit)
• One day (four or more hours within 24-hour period) $475
• Less than four hours $250
• Multiple days (3 or more consecutive days) $290 per day

Education -  Base Rental (non-Centralia College, i.e., public and private K-12 schools)
• Daily $185

Centralia College  - Base Rental (non-curriculum specific & program specific student recruitment)
[includes Centralia College Foundation, The Fund, City U & WSU]

• Daily $100

Centralia College  - Base Rental (curriculum specific)
• No Charge

A DEPOSIT of 50% of the base rental fee will be required at initial scheduling, to be applied to total fees/charges. The signed Agreement must be fully executed within 30 days of receipt of deposit. If agreement is terminated at least 91 days prior to the event the deposit is fully refunded and the facility made available for scheduling. If terminated less than 91 days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited and facility is made available for scheduling. A Certificate of Insurance will be required by all external users at least 90 days prior to the event. OVERSIGHT BY THE COLLEGE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OR DESIGNATED COLLEGE EMPLOYEE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS.


Non-Theatre in Washington Hall

The following is the base fee structure for facility usage in Washington Hall (other than theatres):
Room 103 Rooms 105, 109 Rooms108,113,115,116,216

CLASSROOMS - Base Rental (no tech support provided)
• Commercial (for profit) $50/hour $40/hour $20/hour
• Commercial (non-profit) $25/hour $20/hour $15/hour
• Education (i.e., K-12 schools) $0/hour $0/hour $0/hour
• Centralia College $0/hour $0/hour $0/hour

No charge for county, state, federal, government, and school district use.
PLEASE NOTE: Use of technical equipment will be billed at $25/hour and includes technician, one-hour minimum and only available during normal lab operating hours.


Computer Labs - Base Rental For Rooms 203,205,207,209, & 211
• Commercial (for profit) $50/hour
• Commercial (non-profit) $25/hour
• Education (i.e., K-12 schools) $0/hour
• Centralia College $0/hour

Governmental agencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Interactive Classroom - Base Rental For Room 107 (includes room rental, technician time, and setup of equipment)
• Commercial (for profit) $75/hour
• Commercial (non-profit) $40/hour
• Education (i.e., K-12 schools) $40/hour
• Centralia College $25/hour (Tech time and setup only)

Incident Areas - Base Rental (includes Baxter Plaza, lobby, and halls)
• Commercial (for profit) $50/hour
• Commercial (non-profit) $10/hour
• Education (i.e., K-12 schools) $0/hour
• Centralia College $0/hour

Additional charges may be applicable for custodian or maintenance staff requirements outside normal scheduled work.

Procedure to Serve/Sell Beer or Wine*:
Requestor must obtain/and submit (for approval) a request from the Facilities Office (FO). The requestor them submits the approved form the to the liquor store where a banquet permit will be issued. A copy of the permit must be in the FO office five (5) days before the event occurs. For additional information contact the FO.

*This process applies to beer and wine only. Any requests for hard liquor will not be approved for use or consumption.
