Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM)

Centralia College FOM provides all construction, maintenance, custodial, and grounds services for the main campus in Centralia.  The building projects on campus, repairs and maintenance to the infrastructure, as well as the work required to maintain the excellent appearance of our grounds and facilities are all the responsibility of FOM.  FOM is also responsible for managing the use of the College's facilities; including the grounds, classrooms, conference rooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, and the Corbett Theater.
