Cashier's Office
The Cashier’s Office is open to collect student funds for college tuition, testing fees, daycare, loans, fines and various other charges.
The Cashier’s office is where a student would pick up a free Twin Transit bus pass, ask for their outside scholarship voucher, pickup their paycheck and pay for transcripts.
There are several ways to make payments. Pay by cash, check, credit card or agency purchase order. Financial Aid students - please follow financial aid procedures. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Novus Discover cards. If a student chooses to pay with a credit card on the web, go to www.centralia.edu under the student kiosk option and choose web tuition payment. Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted on the web. You may also mail a check to the Cashier’s office or come into the office during regular business hours.
Regular Hours
8:00 am to 12:00pm & 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm daily.
Note: Summer hours from mid June until September are different.
