Fall 2010 payroll news!
Part-time faculty and part-time hourly employees will now have the option of direct deposit for their paychecks. The Electronic Funds Transfer of Wages form may be downloaded and submitted to the Payroll Office. Once we receive your form the system will verify your account information and you will receive one last paper check before your direct deposit starts.Reminder to those already on Direct Deposit:
Your final paper copy of your check advice (pay stub) will be September 24, 2010. You can view/print copies from Employee Earnings and Leave with the PIN number you received in June. If you need this PIN number or a quick walk-through, please call Jodi Urich at ext. 284.
Employee Earnings and Leave
You can print a copy of your payroll advice, pay stubs, and view your earnings, deductions, and leave balances via the new Employee Earnings and Leave web application.To view your earnings and leave history, login to Employee Earnings and Leave with your Employee SID or Employee ID (SSN) and your Employee PIN. If you do not have your Employee PIN or need assistance, contact the Payroll Office.
Login to Employee Earnings and Leave to:
- View your current payroll check earnings and deductions
- View your previously issued payroll checks within the last two years
- View your year-to-date earnings and deductions
- Print your pay stub
- View your leave balances
