The agenda for each meeting is published one week before the meeting and is available in the President's Office. There is a standard format for meetings, which includes an item near the end of the agenda for audience comments. Items for possible inclusion on the agenda and matters concerning the Board or the College may be submitted to the Secretary to the Board at least two weeks in advance of the next scheduled Board meeting.
