ICRC: Intercollege Relations Commission. The ICRC facilitates transfer between institutions for all students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in Washington State.DTA: direct transfer agreement, a generic AAS transfer degree that contains the full complement of 60 credits of General Education. Washington State four year institutions agree to accept students with DTA degrees as juniors, but not to the specific college or program.
MRP: Major Related Program degree, a transfer degree that is specific to a major or program. Washington State four year institutions agree to recognize students with MRP degree as eligible for a particular college or program as juniors. Students have to meet the four-year school requirements.
DTA/MRP degrees: major related program degrees are built on the more generic Direct Transfer by Agreement (DTA) for students in the arts, humanities and social sciences, and the Associate in Science (AS-T) degree for students in engineering and science-based fields.
