Training
Have fun in this fitness class that combines cardio exercise and
strength training. Students will use free weights, elastic bands,
fitness balls, and will perform aerobic movements using both the
bench and the floor. Students should be familiar with basic step
movements and be interested in gaining muscle strength. Bring a
water bottle and a mat or towel for floor exercises. Taught by Nancy

Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is martial art and combat sport that focuses on
grappling and especially ground fighting. Like judo, it promotes the
principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend
themselves against a bigger stronger assailant using leverage and
proper techniques. Located at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu of Lewis County
221 S. Tower Ave. Taught by Ken Kindred in a safe, friendly, and
professional environment.

Style of T’ai Chi Nighttime
T’ai Chi practice is non-competitive and can be adapted to each individual’s body type and abilities. The movements are gentle and relaxed and therefore avoid putting undo stress on the systems of the body;
this makes it an ideal form of exercise regardless of physical condition.

Senior Friendly T’ai chi
Learn
the slow and graceful movements of Wu style Tai Chi in an approach
designed for the abilities of mature adults. Tai Chi has been shown
to improve balance, coordination, and lower-body strength and lead
to deep relaxation. Instructor Margaret Rader has been studying Tai

Cardiac Capri Rehabilitation
