Space is Limited to 12 Students

Pre Registration is Required

Register at Centralia College in the Technology Building Room 114 from 8am-4:30pm M-F

What's Needed:

  • A valid Washington State Driver's License

  • You must be able to pass a Department of Transportation background check (form to be completed at office)

  • Internet access and a valid email address

  • A copy of your up-to-date shot records.

  • Complete a registration form (available at office)

  • Completed Sponsorship Form filled out by the agency sponsoring you.
