Professional Bartending
This program is specially designed to provide participants with the skills needed for careers as professional bartenders. This fun and exciting class will cover how to mix, measure and master more than 100 of today’s most popular cocktails, along with learning how fun and easy it is to create more than 100 popular drinks, from Electric Iced Teas and Smith &
Wessons, to B-52’s, Apple Martinis and Lemon Drops! This dynamic program covers professional free pouring and layering techniques, bartending terms, job searching, serving in a safe and responsible manner, increasing customer satisfaction, and increasing tips. Come find out about this exciting and lucrative career! This series includes the 3 hour licensing class for the Washington State Alcohol Server permits: Class 13 (ages 18-20) and Class 12 (21+). You will purchase your textbook at class from the instructor for $17. No prior knowledge is required. Taught by

Bartending Licensing Class
This class meets all requirements for Class 13 (ages 18-10) and Class 12 (21+) Washington State Alcohol server permits. This class covers the many aspects of responsible alcohol service for bartenders and servers including how much to serve, when to stop serving and the legal responsibilities of restaurants, bars and individuals. No prior bartending or liquor knowledge is needed. Ages 18 and up. Taught by
