Real Estate Fundamentals
Real Estate Fundamentals is a pre-license course you must complete before you take the Real Estate Salesperson Exam in Washington State. The course topics include: real estate interest, ownership, property transfer, finance, valuation, government influences, and the law. This class is done on-line. The class is a 60-hour online six-credit course. You will purchase your book from the College Bookstore. Students need to have computer with internet access and be familiar with file navigation. There is an additional $10-per-credit fee for online courses. You can enroll for these classes at any time and have 6 month to finish this class unless you are on financial aid.

Residential Real Estate Finance
This course gives you the opportunity to learn about all of the finance programs available today, including conventional loans, FHA insured and VA guaranteed loans, creative financing and seller sponsored financing. This course can be used to satisfy continuing education requirements. Course is a 30-hour, 3-credit online class. There is an additional $10-per-credit fee for online courses. You can enroll for these classes at any time and have 6 months to finish this class unless you are on financial aid.

Real Estate Law
This course covers the principles of law governing the interests in real estate including acquisition, encumbrance, transfer, rights, and obligations of parties, and the Washington State regulations. This class is a 30-hour, 3-credit online class. There is an additional $10-per-credit fee for online courses. You can enroll for these classes at any time, and you have 6 months to finish this class unless you are on financial aid.
