After months of online-only services to students and prospective students, Centralia College is now offering face-to-face options for advising, admissions, financial aid, testing, TRIO, Blazer Central, and disability services.

“We’re really excited to get back to seeing students in person again,” said Robert Cox, vice president of Student Services. “We’ve been able to do amazing things virtually and online, but nothing replaces the face-to-face connection. It’s great to be able to get students back even if it is somewhat limited now.”

Centralia College has been offering limited face-to-face classes for some time, but has not been able to open campus offices to students until now.

To access any of the face-to-face services, students must do the following:

  • Schedule an appointment (see hours and contacts below)
  • All appointments are being held in the banquet rooms in the TransAlta Commons to facilitate social distancing.
  • Wear a facemask at all times, even outdoors.


The Advising/Counseling Center is offering face-to-face advising in TAC 105C by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. To schedule an appointment, email or call 360-623-8967.

Blazer Central

Blazer Central is providing face-to-face student assistance and support in TAC 105C by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. To schedule an appointment, email or call 360-623-8119.

Enrollment Services

Enrollment Services (admissions, registration, etc.) is available for limited services by appointment. Email or call 360-623-8976 for details.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is excited to serve students for limited services by appointment. Email or call 360-623-8975 for details.


The testing center is open for limited hours on Tuesday and Thursday for tests that are not available online. Scheduled appointments are required - no walk-in services are available. Contact to schedule an appointment.

TRIO Programs

TRIO Programs is offering face-to-face tutoring in math and writing for TRIO students in TAC 105A by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m on Thursday. Appointments can be made by calling or texting Liisa Preslan at 360-219-3368 or emailing TRIO students should check their TRiO Canvas Class for more specific information.

International Programs

International Programs has many options for students to speak to staff or schedule an appointment. Virtual Welcome Center

Need help, but can't come to campus? Connect with the Virtual Welcome Center to get personalized help from staff and faculty. Connect with a department through WebEx using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. No logins or passwords are needed. When you select a department, you will be put into a waiting room and a staff member will be with you as soon as possible.

Online Tutoring
